Last tournament before official WTA "Olympic Deadline" rankings Suarez started like 122 and finished like TOP50... so she qualify for Beijing :eek:

Since Seles switch nationality and starting to play for USA, Serbia have very good chances to again have some WTA #1 player :rocker2: next monday (not tommorow).

Vika - can reach #9 with the title, and Schnyder not reaching the Final;
Kaia - can reach #16 with the title, and Azarenka losing before SF;
Carla - if she wins RG, she will be #17. (very unlikely).

Yes.
She will return to the TOP 5, and she can go as high as #3 with the title, depending on some other results, of course.

How high will Kvitova be if she makes the quarters?

#45. As the thread is for players inside the TOP 50, I didn´t mention her. Now, she is barely outside the TOP 50. If she gets into the QF, I´ll put her in.

Cornet will be #17 next monday (starting the year n°56 I think).She said herself the other day that her progression this year is a bit too fast, even for her, but she's slowly learning how to deal with all that.A top20 finish at the end of the year would be great for her.

With a win #9

Which is Safina´s carrer high! That´s why she´s not in the first post! She can´t pass her carrer-high ranking!
