While many detractors have pointed out various falsehoods, plain lies, and
misleading quotes and photos, ABC's national weatherman Champion, and others,
like the filmmaker have noted Al Gore used fake footage to explain a key point
in the film - the Antartic shelf footage - from the film 'The Day After Tomorrow'.

Ooops.

No comment from Al Gore or his Oscar Winning documentary cohearts.

A documentary is supposed to be factual, even if opinion.

Like Mikey Moore, Al fudged a lot in his film. But, Hollywood ignored it.

Al, Al, Al..........have another steak. PETA doesn't like you for that.

Actually, the world has made great progress from the 1970's, when students
were told over and over, Time Magazine covers, news programs, etc., that the
world was going to freeze! By 2000 we would be frozen! The world would also
suffer massive world hunger.

Well, they were close. We did so well, we're now heating up.

I don't doubt the world climate will change, how fast or how much, we have
no idea. I also have no doubt that man alone is not the only cause. A major
cause, probably. But, we should always do what we can to conserve and preserve
our world, but, not to be stupid about it in the process.

The Oscars aren't about the truth, and they never have been. It's all showbiz!

I saw a Southpark episode while I was on my holiday about Al Gore, it was absolutely hilarious yet it also seemed to contain alot of truth - he's a lonely, sad and pathetic man :o

As there is snow in Washington, more in Colorado, and Idaho ski resorts
after record snow fall, cooler than expected April, are extending the
ski season again....at a record pace.

I hate global warming.

Yeah, that sucks. I hate global warming too.

A complete list of things caused by global warming (http://www.numberwatch.co.uk/warmlist.htm)

I just have to quote Joseph Goebbels: “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it."

South Park is God.

Agree. Couple episodes from South Park Zone

Two Days Before the Day After Tomorrow (http://www.southparkzone.com/episodes/908/Two-Days-Before-the-Day-After-Tomorrow.html)
Manbearpig (http://www.southparkzone.com/episodes/1006/Manbearpig.html)

First one probably best SP episode ever.
Apart from obvious ones, also has plenty of little "hidden" things in it.
