A member on this siter claims to know Papa Radwanski and has information that Radwanska gets through to next round by w/o.

Does anyone have any info?

You should believe him who was the first one to post U-Radwanska's final qualifying round result Sunday when there was no livescoring

Eurosport TV listings have Kuzzy-Bammer as the 1st match listed to show. I'll take that as confirmation. Hope Ana gets better in time for Dubai.

Ivanovic out of Qatar with injury

Top seed Ana Ivanovic has been forced to withdraw from the Qatar Open in Doha with an ankle injury.
The Serbian damaged her left ankle when she slipped over on the baseline just four points before beating Olga Govortsova 6-3 6-1 on Wednesday.
Poland's Agnieszka Radwanska, the 15th seed, will receive a walkover into the quarter-finals.
Ivanovic, the top seed at a tier one event for the first time, is now a doubt for next week's Dubai Open. http://newsimg.bbc.co.uk/shared/img/o.gif

In Doha, Maria Sharapova will face Tamarine Tanasugarn in the quarter-finals later on Thursday, while Venus Williams takes on Dominika Cibulkova and Jelena Jankovic plays Ai Sugiyama.

With those 110 points Aga will have a safe spot in top 20 :bounce:
But still would be better if Aga would get this points by beating Ana than this way

Get well soon Ana! It's a shame because Ana had a lot of potential to secure more points before the clay season.

The ankle is such a vunerable part of the body. It is always terrible seeing a player suddenly struck down with an ankle injury. Clearly this was a bad injury and I hope Ana takes the time to let it heal properly. On the other hand thank goodness it wasn't an ultrabad ankle injury as that could have kept her out of the game for a few months rather than a few days or a couple of weeks as appears the case now.

Get better soon Ana. :awww:

Tough Break Ana
Get well soon :)

I remember Serena had a ankle injury in 2002 (she rolled it when playing Against Shaugnessy in Sydney QF) and had to miss the Australian Open that year.

She came back for Scottsdale at the end of February from memory that year.

So about 6 weeks that injury was.

If it's cheer the fans, she doesn't have many points to defend in the next month and half

its such bad luck tho.
She could of gained a bucket of points in the next 6 weeks to take some pressure off the clay season points
