Not sure , but at channelsurfing.net it start at 8:00AM(EST) , probably it is 14:00 your time.

Ithink it don't work anymore, because Belgian TV don't show the Sofia-Na Li match.

I also tried the "Vina del Mar" link and first it was working, then I tried Antwerp again without success but afterwards even the men's link didn't work...

It's is working now. I think the streaming only works during matches. In the breaks between matches it takes a nap. ;)
