Because her legs wouldn't move towards the ball at all. A natural reaction when you are nervous as hell - you can't move.

I don't think she choked in this match at all...just an unfortunate misser at a critical moment. I didn't feel like she gave up in the last game. I mean, she was kinda consistent throughout the entire match. It was a key point, but not a choke
