This is something that has always puzzled me because sometimes there are times when they should have.
Maybe it disrupts their momentum,thought process,fires them up too much?
I dunno.

They like to focus on their own game and let the umpire and linespeople do their jobs without making a fuss. It has cost them some important points over the years (2004 US Open and Wimbledon) but it shows their respect for the sport and themselves.

Uhhh, I don't think we had the challenge system in 2004.
