:hearts:
i dont know..
seems like it...

i think that everyone might be telling her
"you have a cakewalk draw to the finals, good luck"

I think she knows it and she doesnt want to peak too early..

and now an injury??
and her opponents have all been crazy playing her..
why are they all outhitting her??
:o:o
I was really scared in the first few games against
Domachowska.. and Mirza..

and.. wow..
Venus with less than 20 Unforce errors
:worship::worship:
and double faults??

well..
im feeling the pressure
can you feel it??

Not at all,she is paving her way up.I think she knew she has to save as much energy she can for the later rounds begining with the next one.

I don't think she has an injury. Atleast I hope not.

Venus should be fine! As long as she keeps her head, Ana will spark her game to where it needs to be if she wants to capture this title.

She does seem ornerier than usual. Her interviews seem testy and laboured, and even her little after match "pirrouehette"(sp?) seems to be forced.

That being the case, she seems VERY focused in her matches. I'm loving how she is grinding her opponents down and sticking to her strategy. Also, she is keeping that forehand "hidden" during the rallies.

There is no such thing as an easy draw where Vee is concerned. She knows that she is a target for lesser known players who want to make a name for themselves, beat a Williams and you will be handsomely rewarded with endorsement deals. They are still the yardstick in tennis.I still feel she is pacing herself and she will smother Ana in the next round just like she did to Maria not too long ago.

I have to admit that Vee is and will remain a mystery for all of us.She makes us wonder what's going on with her while with some other players you can obviously see what's the matter.I love u Venus

Venus side of the draw is not easy. World number 2,
number 6 and former winner of this tournament were
in that draw. It is unfortunate that they were
beaten by unseeded players early in the tournament.
Had the seeds maintain their position in the draw,
Venus would have expected to play, N0. 2, 4 and 6
en route to the final.
Look at the top of the draw, Henin has not played
any seed lower than 15. Same with Serena and Sharapova.
So what is easy about Venus side of the draw?
The draw and game is all about luck. She is lucky
that few higher players left before she could get to this
round.

And may be playing like this prevent her from being in the skin of one of overwhelmings like it was in the USO,may be she is protecting her self too?
