Williams and AO draw

I have a question regarding likely meeting of the Williams at AO. Is it possible that they will be on opposite side of the draws and there could be an all Williams final? .

yes... based on the seeds, it seems that the earliest they can meet is the semifinal.. as Serena will be seed 7th and Venus 8th.... and i could be wrong, but in my mind it'd make sense for the 7th and 8th seed to auto go to the opposite side of the draw like the 1 and 2 do, but im not sure if it works like that....

In my pessimistic world though, they will be on the same side of the draw. One will draw Justine in the quarters. One will draw Lindsay early on. They will have the hardest 4th rounds, etc..... They never get easy, cakewalk draws.

Yeah they hardly ever do, but they seem to excel when things are tough right from the get go.

I think earliest would be semis! Good luck to them with the draw tho! At least if they met in semis we would have 1 william in the final!

Okay, I am going to say a prayer for them to be in different side of the draw. The rest I will leave up to them.

She can't draw Golovin before the 4th RD :p.Anyway... There's no need to write the other names down because shes not getting past Tatiana and even if she did, she sure as hell aint getting past serena. :p

Better chance of hell freezing than this happening. The sisters will never be granted easy draws, that reserve for Maria. I am prepare to see Justine and at least two other top seeds in Serena's half.

:weirdo: at people saying henin will get an easy draw. She usually gets hard draws and if she doesn't.. she's the freakin #1 seed! She should get an easy draw.
