Very tough call. Maria is playing with confidence, her key ally.
I'd have to say three sets, with both players gaining a ton of experience, especially Tamira.

Maria will win :)

Paszek lost her serve many times against Pin of all people. Maria is in form, she should win.

Paszek is the slight favorite in my eyes. She's just better than Kirilenko, but these matchups don't always go according to plan. I never would have thought Kirilenko would have Lucie's #.
But this match, concerning rankings and points, means very little. Kirilenko has to win the title (or make the final) pretty much to get to #24 and Paszek can only move to #35 anyway if she does, so she won't be seeded unless a few people pull out. Oh, and one of them will meet Davenport in the semifinal. Yeah, exactly.
By making the quarters Tamira has already made it to #37 and Kirilenko is a strong #25 at the moment. So I'll just enjoy this one, but hope Tamira can pull it out for her second WTA semifinal. :hearts:

if Kirilenko can hit the ball earley and deep, She will probably win this encounter :)

At the very least, she was better than Kirilenko today. A lot better. :tape:
