question about the ranking points!

i´m sure anyone ask this before but i don´t know it!

last week the german girl CLUDIA KARDYS played the 10$ challenger from PLZEN and reacht as qualifier the QF, she should earn 4 pr 5 points for this tourni and climb to a ranking about 800-900, but the points are not addet this week!
why?

Claudia will get 4.25 pts
0.75 for qualifying
1.5 rd pts
2 quality bonus pts
