Lindsay served sooo well, it was unbelievable:worship: First time I was seeing her in real, she's soooo powerful and the crowd was quite on her side:) She had the mini break at 1-0 in the tiebreak when she hit a shot that was ruled out by the umpire, Lindsay complained and visibly lost her focus, losing 5 straight points... Vera stayed strong, and finished the tiebreak 7-3. But I still felt it was in Lindsay's hands, the fact she started serving in the third set really helped her I think, as when she broke, she served totally flawlessly till the end... Vera has one funny personality, she was annoyed after every lost point, bounced her racket on her chair between games, she felt she could win that match... Davenport was definitely the more experienced out there, she really stayed calm and even shouted a "come on" in the final game, which was great:D! She looked incredibly happy in her interview, she sounds confident for tomorrow:D!!!

All in all this match was really more high quality than the other semifinal (there were so many moonballs at the end of the Vakulenko-Ditty match), Vera played really well I think, her serve has really improved (she hit many aces, but Davenport still hit more than her, about 15 aces I think!). Vera also defended very well, she can hit the ball really hard when she wants!

The final will be aired on TVA tomorrow, don't miss that!!
