Predict Lindsay's 2008 year end singles ranking.

top 15

She is not gonna play a full schedule , that's why

Lindsay is #106 with a Tier III title, Tier II semifinal, and Tier III semifinal as of now, and would be #73 if she wins Quebec City. Top 10 is possible if she does well in the big events, but I highly doubt anything more than #9 or so unless she wins a slam ( :sad: ).

But, top 15, definitely.

hmm in my mind the top 5 will sort itself out and Lindsay will be in it :)

top 5 if she plays enough. Top 10 with a semi-limited schedule.

11-15 if she plays a decent schedule with decent results.

I say bottom part of top 10, with strong GS results and a title in Indian Wells. :p

She certanly can reach the top 10, even with a limited schedule, I mean she'll almost be top 70 if she wins Quebec and that's with only 2 crappy titles and a tier II SF. Lindsay will have strong results at the slams (if she avoids the likes of Justine in the first rounds), unlike many other players in the top 20, so I can see her somewhere in the top 8 by year end :)

I see her at least around in the top 16-20 for now (but top 10 or 5 is not impossible though).

I think something like 11-15, I dont think she will play more than 11-14 tournaments.

16-20. She won't play enough tournaments to be ranked higher.

As long as she's not on baby #2 by end of next summer, I would say 6-10.

She finished 2006 at #25 with just two slam QFs, a Tier I 4R, a Tier II final, a Tier II SF, a Tier II QF and a Tier III SF. She'll do much more than that in 2008 IMO and will finish Top 10.

Serena is top 5 with 11 tournaments, granted Lindsay would do very well to win a GS next year, but if she makes a couple of Slam QFs, and a Tier I final here and there, plus other good results at some smaller events, then she'll definitely be top 10.

and i was wondering how the hell did she end up ranked 25 from no 1 the previous year
didnt watch 2006 at all since vee & ree were injured most of the year
