Like GPlayer said, Halloween came too fast on my this year so I'm not really doing much. No dressing up... :(

I did go to a haunted house and went and seen Saw IV though.

Happy Halloween everyone! :bigwave:

Kids showed up at my door with no costumes and did not say trick-or-treat. Their mother stood there and watched this. Gritting my teeth, determined to be a friendly neighbor, I handed them the candy bowl anyway. They took tons of candy and did not say thank you. I feel used -- is there a Halloween support hotline?

I made up some shit, put on one of my old church suits and bought me a mini-afro wig and said I was the original American Gangster. I don't quite look like Denzel so people thought I was trying to be a preacher.:( One of my co-workers was joking and asked me to lay hands on her. They pissed me off but my costume this year was whack.

Speaking of Trick or Treaters, I didn't even buy candy. I just gave out peppermints from my candy bowl to whomever knocked on the door. :tape: And, no they don't say "trick or treat" anymore. I had two teenaged boys come up with a couple of kids. They had bags for candy too and one of the boys was on the cell phone. I told him, not only are you too old to be trick or treating, but you're not wearing a costume and you're on a cell phone. He just laughed and I gave them peppermints anyway. :p

One man had his kid in a stroller in a pumpkin costume. The kid was half asleep, as it was 9:00 p.m. and he's still out knocking on doors for her. I'm like damn, she's 2 years old, doesn't even know what Halloween is, it's cold outside (about 55 degrees), she's half asleep and her mother and father haven't called it a night yet? Geez, you have to wonder about people sometimes.

Exactly why I don't like halloween. So I went to the pub :) It isn't even a British tradition.
