I have a few questions guys

1) Qatar is hardcorts right?
2) Does Blake have 116pts to use on hardcourts now?
3) Does a coin flip only happen when both players have the same amonut of points.
4) What poits are we using for Qatar, the 115 for best surface or the 130 like on the website?

I ask the third question because I saw in the ETA thread that a difference of 10pts or less is a tiebreaker, so does that mean if I hve 35pts to somebodys 34, do I when automatically like 7-5 or 8-6, or do you use a coin flip?

2) Does Blake have 116pts to use on hardcourts now?
Yes

3) Does a coin flip only happen when both players have the same amount of points.
Yes, only when points are equal.

4) What poits are we using for Qatar, the 115 for best surface or the 130 like on the website?
115

Yoshie707, you have Roger Federer and these are your surfaces -

Clay =115
Hard =110
Indoor =105
Grass =100

I don't want to be Arazi anymore, I only picked him because all of the other people I wanted were gone. I will be Taylor Dent from now on, my surfaces are hard, indoor, grass & clay. I will be playing doubles with Kacijek from now on because Chang and I did not work out. Please make the changes in the draw and I won't be anymore trouble.

Sorry

I have recieved many weird doubles points. Let me explain clearly hot it will work.

You will have 115,110,105 or 100 points to split in 3 sets at normal events and 215,210,205,200 at Grand Slams! You have to send correspondent surface points. Each player must send their doubles points, and they will be summed

If you still have any doubt, ask here.
Thanks

He will face on first round the Frenchman Fabrice Santoro

Later on the final set, Kiefer had a 4-2 lead and let Rafter back on the match again. Showing strong mental toughness, Rafter won the match 0-6, 6-2, 6-4.

Rusedski, alleging a pain on his left hand, retired from the match a few minutes before start. We can't say the same for his second round, where Spadea lost to Rafter on a three-tiebreak battle 6-7(5), 7-6(0), 6-7(0).

After outlasting Belgium's Xavier Malisse 7-6(2), 3-6, 6-3, Haas topped Robredo on an all-Tommy battle. The Spaniard Tommy failed to close the match after a 5-1 30-0 lead in the third set and let Haas build confidence and comeback to win the match. Finally, Haas won 7-6 (8-6), 6-7 (2), 7-6 (2). Haas qualified to the main draw, and will face Wimbledon King Pete Sampras.

The seedings for the next tournament shall be according to your performance here. And we might consider holding 2 tournaments a week after the Aussie open. Thanks for playing! :D

To the WMTA administrators:

I have two questions for Thomas Enqvist:
1.) How's the 7-6(12-10) in the 2nd set be counted for the QF match?
2.) Besides the hard court preference, can i still change the order of the other three surfaces?

Plz reply!! Thanks a lot!!!

1.) How's the 7-6(12-10) in the 2nd set be counted for the QF match?

I am not quite sure what you are trying to ask, but if you are asking why it is 12-10 in the tiebreak, then the answer is that you and your opponent's points were equal in the second set, and Caio flipped coins to decide the winner. One of you was heads, the other tails, and a coin was flipped until and the number of heads and tails counted. The coin is flipped until either heads or tails has reached at least 7 with a two points lead. Hope this helps.

2.) Besides the hard court preference, can i still change the order of the other three surfaces?

Well, since it is still the beginning of the season, I shall allow that. But I hope no one would change their preferences later on in the season as this may be unfair to other players.

Blake and Agassi to contest in both Finals!!

Qatar - For a second week in a row, red hot James Blake has made it to the finals of a tournament. He has managed to oust his competition for all 9 matches he has played while losing only a set. He certainly looks like the favourite to win this tournament with such great form! With his great serve and volley game, he has used a crafty combination of exquisite touch and deft volleys to leave his opponents in the dust.

Andre Agassi, winner of a doubles tournament last week at Singapore, has reached the finals of singles and doubles this week. His great performance in his doubles matchs has apparently given him sufficient warm-up to advance far in singles as well.

In doubles this week at Qatar, both singles finalist will be competing as well. Talk about dominace! Andre, teamed up with pretty boy Jan-Michael Gambill, an open gay now, to take the title last week. This week, they have sotrmed into the finals once again. Seeded number 1 at this tournament, they are surely looking to preserve their seeding.

The face an opposition in the number 2 seeds, James Blake an Marcelo Rios, the team which they ousted last week to take the title. We should see an interesting finals this week, as both teams have contrasting styles.

The officials of the WMTA have also recently made an announcement that they intend to host more than one tournament a week after the Australian Open. They shall seek more opinions before implementing this feature.
