I haven't seen or heard from her lately. Is she injured?

What a talent! Too bad she retired 'cause of money problems  If only she defeated Arantxa in Wimbledon 3rd when she had two MPs

Had two MPs against Arantxa Sanchez Vicario in Wimbledon (R3) and was Steffi's opponent in hers 1000th professional match (Sandra had 3-1 lead in the third, Steffi won RG one month later)

I'm surprised the OP isn't Navratil. :oh:

Another notable Serbian lost hope was Tatjana Jecmenica. In 1995, being only 16 she won a match in Miami MD. The month she turned 17 reached a WTA Tour semifinal in Austria beating Farina and losing to Wiesner in 3 sets and the following month upset Medvedeva @ USO. In 1996 she upset Maleeva in Amelia Island before extending ASV to 3 sets there and upset Sabine Hack @ Roland Garros. She retired shortly after turning 20

Yup...both retired very young. Jecmenica at only 20 and Nacuk at 23. It's interesting how both played "the biggest matches of their lives" against Arantxa :oh:

Why has Jecmenica quit so early?

I sometimes wonder what Sandra, Talaja and Pisnik (was BFFs on Tour) are doing now?

Injuries + lack of money
