Alexandria De'sree Taliamanosoko-Kimjumba (who will be called Lexi) was 8 pounds and 2 ounces, a very healthy girl. Jane Wong excalimed, "It was so nice for Ruflina and Ikumbo to have thier second child, and that everything went okay, I am very happy for them."
Also on hand was retired tour player Martina Lian. "I was on hand for Anna's birth (Ruflina's first baby) so I knew exactly what to expect. Husband and wife acted like pros.
Ruflina Taliamanosoko will release a press statement later. Jane Wong and Tobias Appelgate (husband of fellow tour player, Bryanne Pierce) were named God-Parents. Here is a picture of Tobias holding the baby for the lone press reporter allowed.

Bryanne and Tobias Applegate move to San Diego for new residence. Jane told us in phone that Ruflina was about to birth a new baby and we was rush to the hospital. We saw Ruflina holds the baby when we arrived the hospital!
Bryanne say, "She is so cute!" and "My husband, Tobias is embrassed that Ruflina called him to be God-Father!", with laugh same time.
So congratulations, Ruflina and Ikumbo for their new baby! <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

Press Statement from Ruflina Taliamanosoko
First of all, let me first say goodbye to my friend and everybody's else - Nicole Arenot. She will be deeply missed from the tour and I hope she enjoys her life outside of tennis. Secondly, I would like everybody to say a big hello to my second baby daugher, Lexi. I appreciate all the calls from the tour director, Mr. Ituarte, Marteena Huubere, Gisele Noventz, Lindsay Ann Sarile, Selima Valentine, Sabine Graf, Eva Sorrenta and Anjelica de la Courtiere.
Many personal thanks to Martina Lian, Jane Wong, Madnoika Diva Jahfson, Tobias Appelgate and Bryanne Appelgate on being here with me in San Diego. To have such a strong support group makes this time so much more enjoyable than it already is.
I would also like to thank all the fans and other players who sent their well-wishes and cards and flowers, you are all extremely nice.
Also, I want to send a personal congratulatios on the marriage of Eva and Anjie. I know there have been quiet a few people upset because they are gay, so all I have to say is GET OVER IT!
To all that are interested: The doctor wants me to rest for 2 weeks, then I will travel to Australia with Ikumbo, Jane, and the two girls where I will resume practicing. I will play Sydney, The Australian Open, and Tokyo. I hope to start back well like I did after my last pregnancy. Thanks so much!
