And also joined up with Walmart to make what is possibly the most stressful shopping experience ever... AsdaWalmart.

I have been in one in Heanor, and I vow never to go in it again... it's massive, but always choc full of angry shoppers, screaming kids and smacking parents. Three times as stressful as Morrisons.

we don't have an asda near us at home :p

theres one at my uni down but tescos is walking distance away :D

plus asda have annoying adverts... mothers slapping their ass and going "ching ching". NOOOOOO.

Whereas tescos have the fawlty towers woman. Pure Class.

I get pizzas from M & S and Pizza Hut. I think they're better. Obviously. Or I wouldn't get them lol.

ASDA pizzas are great it has to be said - they make them in store don't they ?

I've never seen a thread stray off topic as much as this one !

About a year ago a woman shoplifter got caught at my local ASDA.

What was unusual was that she was only wearing a fur coat. Underneath she was completely naked !

When the police came to take her away, there was a photographer from the local newspaper (who had been tipped off) waiting outside the store.

As the woman was being escorted to the police car she noticed the photographer taking pics.

The woman stopped walking and turned towards the photographer and pulled back her fur coat and patted her bare buttock whilst saying "That's ASDA price"

Sainsburys are far nicer than any other big supermarket. I end up spending a fortune on their deli counter. Try their Taste The Difference fresh pizzas - they are sooo nice.

Hmmm..to be honest Potty, I don't have an Asda near me either so I can't judge on their Pizzas. I don't like the whole Blue and White thing Tesco have got going on though :p Lol @ the naked story Jay! :p

Asda have the friendliest workers. Sometimes their check-out staff go on and on so much. Do I need tom know their life story? No I don't.

Dunno who has the best pizzas. Asda is the cheapest. But their quality is also the cheapest too. Sainsbury's are always far too busy. their workers are useless. Most of the time they do not know where things are in their own stores. "Somewhere down that end" is the usual answer. Their Deli counter is the best though.

Now what was this thread about?

Who knows, I still don't have a clue who John Mendoza is  :p
