Guys, which one are you using?

single handed backhand is a beauty to watch but double handed backhand is smarter to use these days. You have the advantage in the return of serve, which is a plus with these booming serves nowadays.

ONE handed easier to put topspin and better reach, great power but not that easy for high balls, but slice with one handed backhand is easier, this shot is used mostly by players with great variety in their games and serve and volley players, TWO handed power with control, but not good to reach balls, no slice with 2 hands also, basically baseliners use this shot most of the time.

I use the 2-handed backhand. It's easier for me, and you can hit harder with it. It is easy to be able to do both, because when you have to reach out, the 1-handed backhand is better. For slice also. But mostly, I use the 2-handed one. :D
