who's kiriienko?and how come she plays in the MD?

just took a look at eastburne's main draw and saw there's a girl ranked 1201 in the wta ranking and still without any WCs playing in the MD!!!
she'll play na li and is ukrainian!
her name is iuliia kiriienko and whatever i tried couldn't find anything related to her...:(
wondered if anybody has any infos of her?:confused:
