Weird Paid Subscription Display

Instead of getting the supposed three-column setup with the benefits of each subscription and the choose button, appears that the only thing I am able to do is purchase a Lifetime by PayPal.

Can someone fix this? I'm considering getting a 1-year subscription.

Yeah I got that before. Although I wanted a lifetime one anyway.
