Athletics. Petchonkina/Nosova

I've just watched the women's 400m hurdles and the Russian athlete was called Nosova, but when I saw her face, she looked exactly the same as Petchonkina (sorry about the spelling).
Are there some twins in Russian athletics, or has she changed her name or something?
