i dont think i'd ever try that out...i only usually try mens techniques since im a boy but i have tried out venus' backhand, serena's serve and tatiana's serve they all went well but i think i play better with my own technique

what are your standards?

Dushevina's forhand is one of the worst FHs in the Top100 (is Vera Top100 anyway? :o)

better keep your hands off that :wavey:

Seems it not a good way to hit a forehand :tape:

her forehand sucks.

and anyway, you should see some extreme westerns. hers isn't even to that extreme of a level.

nope, never tried the dushevina forehand. i prefer to model my game around strokes that are actually effective...

Kinda looks like Clijsters' forehand. I try to model my game after Agassi/Pierce - with the serve of Clijsters. :)

she actually has a FH similar to Nadia Petrova. Except that Nadia hits it 100x better.

her backhand though.

It's not even that special either.

She's the most boring player to watch.

I don't know how she wins. :o

I tried once, but I'm playing 2 handed both sides so it's dangerous!

I also remember when I tried to play Emilie Loit's slice 2handed backhand a few years ago, very effective but after a few shots my arm was in bad shape

At least she's graceful and has variety.

She just doesn't have brain activity when she steps onto a tennis court. :o

If you enjoy players that have brain activity on the court, explain to me why you're such in love with vaidi. That cheerleader is the scheme of "no game plan" "players"

Vaidi is probably dreaming about having dushevina's forehand.

I tried hitting an Alberto Berasategui forehand for a while :o

I've since gone back to a nice semi-western grip.

How about emulating Lena D's forehand? Now that's what I call effective. :worship:

Just realized I have a Jamea Jackson/Maria Sharapova forehand. Right in the middle.

Very weird.
