Okay I'm not sure if this event will ever take place. But I gotta try!

Thanks to frequent playing on Pokerstars, the biggest and best Online Poker Site (*cough*), I am now able to set up private tournaments. :D
The tournament format is the same as in their regular events.
The minimum buy-in is $5 so of course we would start with that.
All kinds of games are possible, Hold'em, Omaha, Stud, Razz, HORSE, also heads-up matches.

So first of all: Is there anyone here besides myself who has a Pokerstars real money account, or would be willing to set one up to join this FUN event? :D:o:D

Because if there isn't, I can give up right here. :p

Not possible on Pokerstars, unfortunately.

Not possible on Pokerstars, unfortunately.

Are you sure about that? Maybe try emailing the pokerstars support team and say that its a great way to promote the site (we have a market of 45,000 members here remember so we arent a tiny bunch by any means).

Well I checked and all private tourneys listed there have at least a $5 buy-in so ...

Theoretically it would be possible to play for less but that would require money transfers from player to player after the tourney is finished. The winners would have to pay part of their profit to the losing players.

Mind you, this is not about earning money for me. I have no intention to rob newbies to poker - I'm not good enough for that anyway. :p So I would make it as cheap as I can.

Then again, Poker without money at stake is usually kinda pathetic.

Cant we just cram into a freeroll tournament or sit and go then? You can play them at the same games.

You could just use Yahoo. :p

I have an account so I'm signed up.

Doesn't look like there's too much interest though.

At "Full Tilt Poker" we can play with Play-Money. I don't want to play with real money.

We can play with Play money anywhere, that's not the problem.

The problem is that you can't create private Play money tournaments. So far I haven't found a site that allows it.
