Any reason why some people are allowed to have avatars bigger than 140x140?

That would be great. The larger pixels avatars, of course are allowed a larger kb size too. I never had any problems staying under 11.7kb with a 140x140 avatar, so :shrug: Not that I'm opposed to the idea (it'd be nice), but I just don't think it will happen because of the strain it puts on the site.
