Banned posters?

Where can I see the list of banned posters?
Also how can I know that some poster is banned!
It happened to me that some of these posters made contact with me, lied about everything and then just dissapeared! Now I would like to see if they are banned and who they were before!?
Is that possible?

I don't know where a list would be but I know that when you can't give reputation to a poster anymore, they're banned.

There isn't a list of banned posters, however as leftys_rock said if you look at someone's post and there is no repuation icon, that means they've been banned.
