Wimbledon 2007

Copy of the reply on the men's section:
Recently the rules for WCs for Wimbledon have been:

* Ranking of 150 or under gets a WC
* Mens ranking of 300 or under gets a WC as long as they have not been given 3 or more WC for Wimbledon in the past. (Women have a cut off for this of 275)
* Winner of play off gets a WC
* Usually the best junior not included above gets a WC too

This gives Women's WCs to:
South
Keen
Borwell
Stoop

With the WC play off top seeds being:
Keothavong
O'Brien
Llwellyn
Cavaday

I still think it will be selected on players results over the coming season.

agreed, but by the time they do the wildcards naomi should have a high enough ranking to get one
