Im working on it but for the time being go to your user cp and then edit options. ensure your Automaticaly detect DST settings are set correctly.

I changed my timezone and DST settings back and forth while saving them in between; finally switching DST off. Logged out, closed IE, restarted IE, erased all temporary Internet-files and cookies, switched my computer off and on, started IE, started WTAWorld, logged in and.... time is correct (for now...) But as long as there are people around with the wrong time settings, threads will still get messed up...
