Those two slams say "Mrs, Ms, or Miss" when announcing games. How come they don't for the OZ and US OPENS? Or why not "Mr" for the men?

I've heard some European umpires say Miss before in the US and Australian Opens. and this was before the shot spot days too.

I think it's really cute, actually. In French I find it endearing :lol: While watching Roland Garros matches, I'd often repeat the score because I found it so cool :lol:

I like it, especially at Wimbledon. Because I think the tradition is one of its better assests.

:shrug: It's Ok for Wimby - it's tradition. Guess French Open want to do it, but no other tourneys seem to do it anyway.
