Women singles draw matches for players from the former-USSR:

Roberta Vinci (ITA) v Elena Likhovtseva (RUS)
Elena Dementieva 12 (RUS) v Bianka Lamade (GER)
Vera Zvonareva (RUS) v Antonella Serra Zanetti (ITA)
Anastasia Myskina 18 (RUS) v Eva Dyrberg (DEN)
Greta Arn (GER) v Irina Selyutina (KAZ)
Alina Jidkova (RUS) v Marta Marrero (ESP)
Jelena Dokic 7 (YUG) v Elena Tatarkova (UKR)
Tatiana Pouchek (BLR) v Angeles Montolio (ESP)
Iroda Tulyaganova 14 (UZB) v Silvija Talaja (CRO)
Adriana Serra Zanetti (ITA) v Elena Bovina (RUS)
Anna Kournikova (RUS) v Tatiana Panova 21 (RUS)

Which ones are the potential upsets and suprises?
Do you think that the draw has been good for the Russian girls?
Did I miss anyone out?

Definitely Tatiana Perebiynis of Ukraine over Patty Schnyder (which you forgot to mention) ;)

But I can also see Jidkova and Selyutina making a surprise there. :)

These are the only girls I saw in the draw on the www.Wimbledon.org
But, as JULIAN pointed out, I missed Perebiynis, but I don't think Safina made it. I was esp. looking for younger players in the draw, so I'm 99.99% sure I would've seen her name if it was there.

wanna see Russia 2 Serra Zanetti sisters 0 ;)
and it should be 3-0 vs ITA

Alina winning over Marta won't be a suprise, not on grass even though they both dont like it.

definately best match is Anya vs Tanya
Elena vs Roby could be interesting but Elena will be pushed but win.
