FASTER MOVERS IN THE TOP 10, 20, 50, 100, 150, and 200

TOP 10:
Nicole VAIDISOVA n9 (+3): Nicole is back to the Top 10 and back to her best ranking after reaching the SF at the AO (her 2nd Grand Slam SF after roland garros 06 at only 17 y.o). Nicole ousted 7th seed/n8 Dementieva en route before falling to n81 incredible winner Serena Williams.

TOP 20:
Serena WILLIAMS n14 (+67): How could we qualify Serena!! No one would have put money on her for the title at the AO. A lot of people said that she wasn't prepared, that she was overweight! But she proved to everybody the great champion she was, ousting 6 seeded girls on her 7 matches: 27th seed/n32 Santangelo, 5th seed/n6 Petrova, 11th seed/n11 Jankovic, 16th seed/n17 Peer, 10th seed/n12 Vaidisova and favourite Top seed/n2 Sharapova. Good news for the Top 30 playres, she'll be seeded in Roland Garros!

TOP 50:
Lucie SAFAROVA n31 (39): Until the AO, Lucie had desastrous result in grand slam (2nd rd at her best) despite a career ranking high at n26. She corrected that error reaching the QF at the AO upsetting 14th seed/n20 schiavone and 2006 winner 2nd seed/n3 Mauresmo en route before losing 10th seed/n12 Vaidisova.

TOP 100:
Alicia MOLIK n99 (+42): Another come backer as Serena to perform well...Alicia is back to the Top 100 after reaching the 3rd rd at the AO with good victories over n75Chan and n77 Kanepi before falling to 8th seed/n9 Schnyder in 3 sets

TOP 150:
