Our Wimbledon champion, Amelie Mauresmo on grass has been playing that way since 2004. Two semis and one win, she's the serve volley specialist today on that surface. She also serves and volleys a lot on indoor surfaces.

You have to answer based on surfaces - outside of grass it's very rare for any player to serve and volley that much, though some will do it occasionally.

On grass courts some will S&V the majority of first serves e.g. Mauresmo, Vinci, Amanda Keen (was Janes) spring to mind. Some will do it about half the time (Perry, Bremond, Stosur), while others will do it fairly often (e.g. Henin).
