Wow what a great week so far for my Vera! :woohoo:

She won three solid matches! The rain could've gotten to her but she came back really strong. Excellent match played by her. Very clean on all fronts. Bit of a wacky scoreline though, shouldve been 6-1 1-6 6-1 :cuckoo: :rolls:

VERY good result. best in a while for vera, considering how tough this field is.

she seemed to have the momentum before the rain and i got a bit worried with the delay and all. but i was shocked and pleased to see her come out and win 5 of the last 6 games and book her spot in the main draw. :D
