I'm gonna go with Kim of course :yeah: she played some great tennis in Hong Kong to beat Masha & Patty even if the event is an exho etc. she got good match play out those matches & that just proves that she can still match it with the best & is ready & raring to go here in sydney & then the upcoming AO.

Despite the fact that she has the hardest draw EVER and could go out in the 1st RD I had to vote for Martina!! Come on Hingis, pick up your 4th Sydney Title!!! :)

Honestly speaking the way Kim played in the exhibition tournament says that she's in good form, confident and hungry of winning ;)

What's interesting about this poll is the huge spike Kim has got, wich I think is purely influenced by her today's win over Maria.

Clijsters is also in the best side of the draw. She will more than likely beat everyone on her way to the semifinal, where she'd probably meet either Kuznetsova or Dementieva, with a combined win/loss ratio against them of 17-4. And before them? Safina and Schnyder, who are, well, 3-11 against Clijsters.

This tournament reeks of potential upsets, though. I voted for Clijsters, but not because of her Hong Kong success, but because she has a good draw. I would prefer if she didn't win it. I'd rather Jankovic, Golovin, or Dementieva win it all. Maybe Mauresmo in there, too.
