Samantha.
She has more potential and is doing more to make sure it becomes more than just potential.

Ashley has the game but a game that makes her have to be almost flawless in a match to even be a factor against the big hitting girls.
She needs to take the pressure off of herself by being able to have a real go to shot.

I knwo for playing tennis!!!

On the basis of talent alone i say Sammy. Maybe not always coming out on top, but at elast she can make things happen anywhere on the court.

Hasn't Sam already proven herself based on her results the past two years? To begin with, they are two different players. Sam is playing Championship level tennis while Ashley is still seen in Challenger events.

Frankly, not the right two players to try and compare.

Stosur I think, she has an amazing serve and the ability to follow it up with great volleys. If she could just begin to play consistently away from Australia... (in singles of course )

AH lacks that one huge weapon to take her to the top, but she is talented and can make it to the top 30 for sure this year with solid results...

Stosur.

Great serve, good groundstrokes, and great volleys.

Ashley, well she's good at fighting, but not much more. No real weapons.

Stosur. She has a big serve and is more aggressive. Ashley just doesn't have any major weapon and just isn't mentally tough enough.

wow, this seems incredibly one sided, and i have to agree stosur has way more potential. stosur has a chance to maybe get top 10 if she applies herself well, the best harkleroad can hope for is top 50

Ashley of course.

Stosur is maybe more powerful, but powerful doesn't mean talent, guys !
