I'm glad she's playing before Sydney. I didn't think it was a good idea for her to just go to Sydney and compete with the top players without having some practice first.

Plus, I know TTC picks up some of Hong Kong, so maybe I'll get to see some of her matches.

Patty was the natural choice to replace Davenport.

Hong Kong is better preparation (and i think also a better paycheck) than Gold Coast.

Patty is a very good exhibition player as well. She even beats men in them :lol:
