The thing is this Qualifying is so weak it is an ITF, and she will play the big events hoping to draw a WC or a nice draw because the points are so big, even just for 1 win and of course, the money on offer at them is huge compared to what she is use to.
Katie should like the indoors, She seems alot more suited to quick courts that bounce low.

anne's draw is out and shes playing errani. I know errani got to the semis of bali but all she did was beat a clay courter and shes a clay courter which means it was a case of 'who hacks best' and then she beat nakamura who was atrocious against ivanovic on hard at USO so i think that anne does have a chance in this match and she can do it! Come on anne!

Nakamura has a good game against players not in the top 20 because the likes of Ivanovic dont give her time to get both hands on each side. I dont think we should underestimate Sara, hopefully Anne will win but its seriously tough!

Wonder if Naomi will play Quebec? It does look like shes going out to the states fro some challengers so fits in with her schedule.

Anne wont play Quebec, I said ages ago - she is in australia at the moment, then on the list for the 3 in November. Makes no sense for her to leave Australia for them just to go back a week later. These are so weak, well done to her for taking such an easy option
