Charlotte is a talented young Frenchwoman, born on the 30th of January 1991. :baby: :hearts:

Congrats to Charlotte for this great Roland-Garros! :D
She is really better than I thought, her first serve & forehand can really make some damages. She is also a very brave fighter.
Allez Cha' for the junior draw now!

After Roland-Garros Charlotte became Championne de France U18 ... and totally sucked for the rest of the year .
Let's put this behind us and focus on this new season!
She started pretty well in Glasgow (10k) reaching the QF after a major upset over Jensen 76 in the 3rd! Well done Cha'! :D
Boffa is next, hope she can beat her too! Since Steph is against Perrin, we have a real competition between France & Switzerland!

where has she been?

Charlotte didn't play any professional match since April. She was in a really bad slump losing about all her matches including a terrible loss to Evain Anne-Valérie :help: We hadn't any news about her.
She played Roland Garros junior where she was defeated by Capra Beatrice in straight sets. Since Roland, she hasn't played an official match anymore including French national tournaments  I guess she had to feel bad after all these losses.
However Charlotte finally played her first match since Roland Garros in French Interclubs. She had to play Klara Zakapolova world number 93 and actually seems to have played a really good match as she just have lost 64 46 60. I was a bit scared about Charlotte's future in tennis. I thought she didn't want playing tennis anymore but I guess she has kept training all this time.
