If I'm not mistaken.
Who expected this, at the beginning of the season?
It's truly a big achievement for Marion, who now has a good chance at a top 16 seeding at the Australian Open (if she manages to do well in Auckland like she did this year). All I have to say is congrats :)

She won Auckland last year.
The seedings come out days after Auckland.
Myskina has no points to defend before the Australian Open.
If noone pulls out in front of Bartoli, then it's impossible for Marion to be a top 16 seed.

She'll probably end in the 20th place, as she won the 75K in Dubai last year and those points will come off in December.

The season-ending rankings are published after YEC is completed. ;)

She's ahead of Daniela. :o

But if those 75K points come off, then nevermind. :p

No, she hasn't.

She's played smaller tournaments though. ;)

That's nice for her. She seems like a very sweet person, just from her blogging and a few interviews. Strikes me as a funny girl.

You know, I LOVE Quebec City. I have wanted to return ever since visiting a few years ago. Maybe next year I will go see the tourney. Heck, if Bartoli will defend, I would definitely make the trip.

Hey. She may not finish 17th yet.

Surely, Martina Muller will ascend up the rankings with the itf tournaments that are still left.

I say Well done.. You cant arguee with 3 decent tournaments (two Tier IIIs and one Tier IV that attracts pretty high quality field)
