World number 17 Daniela Hantuchova is returning to January's ASB Tennis Classic in Auckland.
The Slovakian has had a mixed year, but hit top form recently in winning through to the final of the Tier One WTA tournament in Linz, losing to Maria Sharapova in three sets in the final.
The 23 year old reached the semi finals in her first appearance in Auckland this year, and will again be a popular draw card.
Hantuchova has been ranked as high as number five in the world.
Tournament director Richard Palmer hopes to secure two more top twenty players for January's Classic.

Can you change the title please? ANZ and ASB are different banks.

this is like one of the few times dani actually plays a lower tier tournament, so I can see her grabbing her second title here.
