There have been so many withdrawls from ATP Paris and WTA Hasslet that it's ridiculous. Either put in another week off in between these tournaments and the year end events, or downgrade them

There is also Quebec City for WTA:D

Hasselt and Quebec should stay Tier III. I mean, who wants to see a Tier IV? :tape:

But Paris should not be that much at the end of the year. I agree.

I don't think Hasselt or Quebec should be downgraded, there were just lot of top players in Hasselt who were injured or wanted to rest ahead of the championships, but I do feel there is a point about Paris. It would be like having Zurich next week instead of two Tier III events

I suppose that's why they put 2 tier III events in between Linz & the YEC in Madrid is because the WTA presumes that alot of the top players aren't gonna play these events (Hasselt & Quebec City) just b4 the big one's on.
