View Full Version : Dementieva vs Peer : LIVE SCORING

Oct 12th, 2006, 12:05 PM
This match is a Second Round match at the Kremlin Cup in Moscow, Russia. The tournament is a Tier I played on Carpet.

Lena is playing Shahar Peer of Israel. The H2H with Dementieva and Peer is tied at 1-1 with Peer having beaten Dementieva at Roland Garros 2006 and Dementieva gained revenge in Los Angeles this year.

Dementieva received a Bye into the Second Round seeing as she is a Top 4 Seed, whereas Peer defeated Wildcard Elena Bovina 6-0 6-2 to reach this stage.

The current score in this match lies at Peer leading 6-4 1-1. To look on the bright side, Lena was down 5-1 in the First Set so she has obviously been playing better the last 15 minutes. Maybe her injury is hampering her progress?

Go Lena :)
