year end ranking

my question is what determine the year end ranking?
so for momo to end as no.1 she need more ranking or race points???

if you wanna subtract the defending points, then the ranking. if you just wanna look at it and have a conclusion immediately, then race points.

so by the end of the year the one who has more race points will end the year as no.1, anyway I just want Amélie to end the year as no.1

by the end of the year, the two rankings should be the same.

Ranking points obviously. but if you finish no 1 in the rankings you will more than likely be no 1 in the race aswell. this year may be different as juju reached all the grand slam finals and is no 1 in the race even though momo won 2 slams and is no 1 in the rankings.
