Yeah, I think that's the thing - she is very pretty, but when she stands next to a normal-sized girl she just towers over them. she's confident enough about her height to pull it off but something about it stil looks a little awkward.

Maria looks so much better here without lots of make up. She looks YOUNG, which she is, but she often seems to dress and make up older. By being more natural her youth comes through.

I like Maria's natural looks the best but I also like the classy way she looks off court, too.
