Obziler played not so good, but rarely made UEs.The only thing she would do in the match is to wait Na's UEs.
I'm so disappointed now!! :bigcry:

Where did Obziler get her sudden form from? :o

She always had it..
She pretty much always plays the same,
consistent backhand, serve. The big difference is
whether her forehand is on/off. If its on she could cause
many top players a problem (Henin,Davenport,Hantuchova,Srebotnik).

She is a great counter-puncher player, and the players like
Na/Lindsay/Daniela are the ones she is the most effective against.

I'll keep saying that if Obziler would play more on the tour she would be ranked much higher  But I'm happy that she has again a good result in a the WTA tourny, after Aukland this year...

Na said she never watched her opponent play before and she was very fast and different from what she expected.

She said her arm injury was bothering more than leg injury. She could not serve well and find the rhythm today. She was prepared in advance to accept a loss today.

didn't expect really expect li 2 lose, but she tried her best even when her arm was causing her problems. ah well that's tennis. hope she can rebound back next week in tashkent but her result here in guangzhou isn't that bad if u think about it.

but congrats 2 tzipi though. great win 4 her. she deserved it.

i hope shes just making crap excuses because if thats the truth thats sad
your honestly not going to scout someone youve never played before:confused: you dont deserve to win then
and then saying you were prepared to lose in advance is just having a crap attitude imo :tape:

and then saying you were prepared to lose in advance is just having a crap attitude imo :tape:It is said she refused to talk about her injuries yesterday in the post match interview. It was the reporters who posed such questions again this time. It is reasonable to say her opponent was playing well and her injury was giving her to some trouble.

Also, I think it is the reporter who asked her if she expected the loss and she replied yes. I only read but did not hear what she actually said.

Im sure .. players are tired.. and ill.. at this time.. those who used to play 1, 2 or maybe in cases 3 rounds are fresher than those players that used to go deep in draws and schedule doesnt help a lot.. for me thats the main reason of all these early top players OUT's ..
