For me its Elena, her grunt isnt too loud and its natural.
I also like Mary's

Nicole's.

Grunting should be banned but of the "heavy-duty" grunters I would have to say Mary is the least offensive. Venus and Maria are out-and-out screamers and Dementieva has this "throaty" quality to her grunt that is just obnoxious.

i was watching dani on court 2 today on telly and i could hear a grunt coming from the next court and i just new it was elenas as its a cute grunt and low and behold elena was on court 3!

Of the current top crop it would have to be Marias. Although LLW also "rings the alarm" when given the stage ;) My all time fave grunt would have to be Monicas ;)

For me it's a toss up between Harkleroad and LLW. I love the way LLW screams at times, but since i've seen her in person, i've found out that it's more natural and less loud.

If you like Harkleroad or not, you have to admit that her grunt is the cutest and least annoying. It doesn't sound like a scream at all.:)
