The movie looks very funny from the
previews.

So far, the reviews give it a thumbs up.

If you liked Anchor Man, you'll probably
like this one.

I plan on seeing it this weekend.

Talladega Nights.

I know nothing of NASCAR, other than
it's popular, and noisy. But, this looks
pretty funny. I could use a laugh.

I didn't like Anchor Man, so I'm wondering if I'll like this.

I love really any movie Will Ferrell is in. I just don't quite understand why he has to get naked or close to naked in every movie.

He has to be naked because he has an absolutely ghastly body, and that's funny. And he's a comedian.

I loved Anchorman. I could watch it over and over and chuckle everytime.

Will Ferrell has been growing on me for some months now. I really must see a doctor and get him removed.

He's so average looking, nothing special, and
he just looks stupid in his underwear, it's funny.
Yeah, agree, I could do w/o it, but, it goes w/his
sense of humor.

I didn't like Anchorman the first time I saw it
in the theater. It grew on me when I saw it
on DVD later on. Ditto for Elf. Wedding Singer.

Carrell and Farrell are two funny guys though, and
I usually enjoy what they do.

Now, Jim Carey, he gets on my nerves after a while
in almost any film.

It's a body of someone who would be twice his weight if he actually ate whatever the lady in your avatar is trying to feed him. :tape:

I loved "Anchorman," but I'm not a huge fan of Ferrell's other movies. I think this "Ballad of Ricky Bobby" will be more up my alley, though - a bit of a satire of a certain culture, similar to how "Anchorman" lightly satirized the 70s news programming world.

Carrell is hilarious. I thought he did an excellent job in "The 40 Year Old Virgin."

I hate Jim Carrey's purely comedic roles ("Ace Ventura?" *blegh*). However, he's shown he can play it straight, too. He was incredible in "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind," and quite good in "The Truman Show" as well.

I once saw Will at a cafeteria at Kennedy airport in NYC , and so had the urge to kick him on the shin :haha:

Maybe you could write a book on it.
