I thinlk Shinobu Asagoe and Rika Fujiwara not to play Surbiton because of Doubles in French Open.
Jun 2nd, 2002, 09:23 AM
If Rika doesn't play, she's going to lose 40 points... :fiery:

Alex plays here every year with zero success. She always looses to Latimer.
Latimer ain't here this year, so providing Alex doesnt loose to Pullin in r1 she can get aywhere from 3points to 30+ depending on who seh beats and when she goes out.
I would be quite surprised if Alex won - shes isnt all that great despite what so many people seem to think *cough*6/3 6/3 to Latimer in what was latimer's only win of teh WHOLE year*cough*

Paul it was about Louise 6th win of the year

Yay!!! Hannah didnt just beat Miho today, she absolutely demolished her!!! 6-1 6-3
She always seems to play well in matches that require skill and finesse rather than raw power and that was exactly what happened. Sure, hannah played very well and played loads of delightful shots, including three winners in the very first game off Miho's serve, but Miho was never at the races.
Not one of her shots posed Hannah any threat whatsoever, and the few games that Hannah lost werer down to her losing concentration. She must have served about ten double faults - Miho probably got more points from that than anything else!!!
Hannah has depressed me for far too long but today she was great to watch. Lets hope she gets a nice draw and has a bit of a run
