I agree. :) It's summer, American TV shows some tennis, it's Rogers Cup :)

I think most Canadians and Americans would agree, Summer Hard Courts are the best. Stanford, Rogers Cup, Los Angeles, US Open. I like it best because it's when I'M pounding the court myself!

Summer Hardcourt Season for sure, not only because the atmosphere is so great & the tennis is usually of high quality, but it's because my favorites (mainly Dementieva) always play their best during this part of the year.

I don't know.. During the Australian season and spring hard court season I look forward to the clay season, then the clay season disappoints me and I look forward to the US hard courts, then during the grass season I think "this isn't so bad" and am enjoying it, then during the US hard court season I get bored, during the fall indoor season I'm just waiting for the YEC, which ultimately disappoints me and makes me look forward to the Australian Open. :confused:

From RG to USO is like the marquee time in tennis and its my fave time too

Summer Hard Court Season :banana:. Most of my favorites love this time of the year, and we get much more TV coverage. Plus, I usually go to the USO so it's a nice way to top off a great season.

Summer hard court season because it's the summer and I get to watch most of it 'cos I'm off school! :lol:

I love the upcoming U.S. open series!!!!the tournies are great,and plus they are all competitive with more money on the line,and plus the commercials for it.

It's definitely between US Hardcourt summer season and grass season. I picked U.S summer since there are more tournaments and living in the U.S, these tournaments are broadcasted.

For me it's also wimbledon till the us open. Both have a great atmosphere and are fun to watch.

I like the end of the season because the coverage of the indoor events is great and because I go every year to Luxembourg open!!

Moreover it's Nastya's favorite surface and part of the year ;)

I like the autumn indoor season best cos that's when everyone's trying to qualify at the last minute for the Tour Champs! The summer hardcourt season is also good cos everyone's settled into the tour. I also like the Australian summer season cos of the anticipation after the winter break.

I loved last year's Autumn indoor season, but ever since I first got into tennis Wimbledon is where it's at.

But of course liking a part of the season or not also depends on the kind of TV coverage I get, since the only tournament I can watch live is the Estoril Open TIV. The clay season got superb TV coverage, and that went a way to offset my rabid hatred for the surface. But not all the way. Coverage for Wimbledon was merely decent (not whining; I actually expected to get no coverage at all), so Wimbledon wasn't as enjoyable as it could have been. But the excellent matches at Eastbourne were certainly a plus, so the (unfortunately short) grass season is still the one that I look most forward too.
