Well, Kaia played pretty well I thought, too bad it was against Serena. 12 in a row. She lost 5 and 4. I think the run of losses will have to stop at the next match, so long as she can play something like she did today.

Katalin Marosi (203 now, way into top 200 at start) at 9 matches now. Only win this year in AO qualifying.

She might have a Budapest MDWC so its more than probable that she will be making the hall of shame. :scared:

I believe she's also the only active player with a career-high ranking of #101 :(
Hope she avoids the HOS after staging an impressive career resurrection last year at a relatively late phase of her career, following a long injury.

Kylger, if you got the time, I suggest you take a look at the top-200 after the AO and see if there's someone there who started a streak and is now out of the top-200. You only have to be inside the top-200 at the start.

I think the only other time there were 3 open double-digit streaks was in 2001. They were all former top 100 too.
But we can easily get to 5 at this rate.

Yakimova and Johansson lost R1 in IW, so right now the list is:
