Ahead of their times by decades... some of the greatest music ever made.
Lennon, although a political imbecile, was nonetheless a near-deity, musically.
McCartney... well, he got knighted, didn't he?
Harrison was by far my favorite.
And how it got fashionable to denigrate Ringo, I have no idea.
Great musicians, all.

Yes, they are/were truly great. It is impossible for me to think of them in the past tense because, though they broke up in 70, it hardly seems like they went away! Thet still outsell many artists today!

Great musicians, all.Really cannot pick a favorite. But what they accomplished in a short time is what most singer/songwriters/muscians can only have wet dreams about. The body of music is incredibile!
